Old-school looks, new-school build. This pair of classic number plates takes the timeless white-on-black plate and rebuilds it with clean, precise laser-cut layers instead of old pressed metal. The result keeps all the character of a proper period plate but with crisp, sharp edges and a depth the originals never had. A sleek twist on a classic.

The Build

The registration is laser cut and double layered, built from a 3mm black acrylic riser with a 3mm reflective white acrylic layer on top, mounted onto a glossy black backing plate. Because the letters are stacked in two layers, a fine black step sits beneath each reflective white character, giving crisp definition and a subtle raised depth that catches the light. The reflective top keeps that classic look bright and readable while the black backing gives it a rich, glassy base.

A Note on Legality

Black and silver style number plates are generally reserved for genuine classic and historic vehicles, so please make sure your vehicle qualifies before road use. Either way they make a stunning display piece. If you are unsure, get in touch and we will happily advise.
